Dr. Neil Allan Ty serves as Field Director for World Link Ministries in the Philippines and as Head Supervisor for Chinese Christian Fellowship International in the Philippines. He has served with World Link Ministries for two years and 10 months and with Chinese Christian Fellowship International for seven years. At Word of Life Bible Institute, he teaches New Testament and the books of 1 and 2 Peter.

Dr. Ty earned a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from De La Salle University. He completed a Master of Divinity in Exposition and Teaching at the International School of Theology–Asia, now known as the International Graduate School of Leadership. He later earned a Master of Sacred Theology and a Doctor of Philosophy in New Testament Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Dr. Ty is also the author of Baptism with Fire in the Coming Judgment by Fire in 2 Peter 3:7: Echoes of John the Baptist, available through Amazon.

Dr. Ty and his wife, Aileen, have been married for 21 years and have two children. He enjoys walking, traveling, and hiking. His life verse is Acts 20:24.
