When I was a student at WOLBI… every little thing was impactful. I really enjoyed the time I spent chatting, praying and playing sports with my friends. Weekend ministry and camping season are still very treasured memories; seeing and witnessing how the Lord worked in each one of our lives was always so inspiring. The classes were overwhelming, especially to a student like me who hadn’t really been active in church before coming to the BI. But putting everything I learned into practice made for one of the most memorable experiences I had at WOLBI, our Eternity Week– one full week of evangelism. It opened my mind to the reality that truly the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Seeing the hearts of our students and staff for sharing the Gospel to the lost that week brought me such joy.

What makes Word of Life Bible Institute unique? WOLBI does not just emphasize academics; they also help every student put into action what they’ve learned. You’ll be regularly exposed to different hands-on, practical ministries, which is different than what you’ll find at other schools. Also, the disciplines you’ll learn at WOLBI are beyond compare. They’ll build your character and develop in you a servant’s heart. Our guest lecturers fly in from different parts of the world and are so inspiring and encouraging. The students also get to build relationships with the guest lecturers outside class, which they always love. This helps add to how the WOLBI community itself is just the best. It is very conducive for students who want to know and grow deeper in the Lord.
