Students must pay the graduation fee in full by the final term or monthly billing due date in order to receive their diploma at graduation. Unsatisfied amounts will result in an outstanding balance, subject to respective late and/or absent penalties. Students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.00 or higher without failing any subjects, achieve a minimum of 68 credit hours in SBS and 120 credit hours in SMS, as well as meet all financial obligations in order to receive their diploma at graduation.
Students are not permitted to withdraw from the regularly scheduled courses of the Institute. Students withdrawing from the Bible Institute are required to see the Dean of Men/Women and the Executive Dean for processing. Failure to do so may result in the student being issued F’s for all coursework taken during the current marking period. When calculating the refund due to a student, the last meal of partaking by the student is used in the calculation. Computations are configured in weekly segments; therefore, any partial week’s participation will result in a full week’s total charge. If class participation should exceed meal participation, the last day of class attendance would be final. Should a student have paid for the whole year or term and their enrollment be terminated during a given semester or cancelled for any reason, the school will issue refunds on both current and subsequent paid semesters. Future and non-started semesters will be refunded in full, and the school will issue refunds for the current semester exclusively on board according to the following schedule:

No refund will be granted on the registration fee. Room or dormitory space is committed for the entire term. Refunds on board are granted based on the number of weeks remaining in the term. Any portion of a week in attendance is considered a full week. All refunds will be processed within 30 days. It is the student’s responsibility to inform the office well in advance so that the office will have sufficient time to process the refund. I agree to comply with the rules and policies as outlined. I understand the school reserves the right to modify the rules and regulations, and that I will be advised of any and all modifications.
