Students are not permitted to withdraw from the regularly scheduled courses of the Institute. Students withdrawing from the Bible Institute are required to see the Dean of Men/Women and the Executive Dean for processing. Failure to do so may result in the student being issued F’s for all coursework taken during the current marking period. When calculating the refund due to a student, the last meal of partaking by the student is used in the calculation. Computations are configured in weekly segments; therefore, any partial week’s participation will result in a full week’s total charge. If class participation should exceed meal participation, the last day of class attendance would be final. Should a student have paid for the whole year or term and their enrollment be terminated during a given semester or cancelled for any reason, the school will issue refunds on both current and subsequent paid semesters. Future and non-started semesters will be refunded in full, and the school will issue refunds for the current semester exclusively on board according to the following schedule:
